Onsite or offsite project management assistance of any type, scope, or duration
Construction document coordination and review between design and construction trades
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Analyze, negotiate, and execute subcontracts to meet budget and schedule objectives
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine necessary resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Schedule inspections and job walks
Track equipment and material deliveries and monitor stocks to address inadequacies
Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
Supervise and manage the work of subcontractors to ensure adherence to project requirements
Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Review subcontract proposals for scope, price, qualifications, exclusions and compliance with general contract
Prepare LEED documentation for submission
Review & prepare subcontractor and owner payment applications
Review and process change order requests
Create and update project WIP and cashflow
Construction accounting and cost control compliance and job cost/profitability analysis
Develop and update P6 or MS Project schedules and distribute to subcontractors
Manage and oversee the completion of the final closeout of the project including the warranty manual for construction and maintenance
Maintain constant communication between all trades
